Shipping

All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Out-of-stock or custom dyed items may require up to 5 business days for processing before being ready for shipment. Orders containing out-of-stock or custom dyed items will be held until all items from the order are ready to ship.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

You will be notified via email when your package has shipped. Packages sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground include tracking information in the email notification. Tracking information is not available on USPS First Class packages.

Carriers Rates and Speed

Free Shipping on Orders (US only)

We offer free shipping to all destinations in the USA. We usually ship via USPS when free shipping is selected at checkout, but we do occasionally go with UPS to lower our shipping costs. The choice of carrier and service is at our discretion. If you have a preference, please select your preferred paid shipping option at checkout.

Paid Shipping

We offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground as paid options at your cost. The rates are calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and enter your address to see a shipping price and estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, except for larger orders which require Priority Mail shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, reports of lost or stolen packages do occur. We do not assume responsibility for these lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern, consider an alternate shipping address, and if you would like insurance added for the shipment enter a note at checkout and we can send a separate invoice for the insurance cost.

The customer assumes responsibility for mistakes entering the shipping address.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away at wool@abundantearthfiber.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Please be aware that international orders may require payment of import taxes upon receipt and the cost of shipping does not cover these fees. AEF is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or import taxes. Contact your local customs agency for more information on import policies and fees. Also note that we cannot mark international packages as a “gift” to avoid these fees. It’s against the law and doing so could jeopardize our ability to ship internationally.
